CGI''s Passport to the Other Side depicts Brian Maloy''s theories in Ghost research which arose after an event he experienced while serving in the U.S. Army. That event changed his life forever.
Passport to the Other Side also illustrates the need-to-know information that every ghost researcher should learn. This includes, how to open a line of communication with the dead, and by using various interview techniques, cultivating information that can be traced back in historical databases. Also shown are a myriad of tools used to monitor the presence of ghosts.
To take it a step further, Brian takes a group of first-time ghost hunters, gives them a crash course in Ghost Hunting 101 "his way", and then sets them loose in one of Chicago''s most haunted sites. This amazing site was, in it''s heyday, host to prostitution and gambling operations run by underworld bosses James Colosimo, Johnny Torrio, and eventually Al Capone.
The group takes a step back into one of the most violent times in Chicago, the "Roaring Twenties".
They soon learn that where there is violence, there is history...and where there is history, there is paranormal activity. Contact is made with the dead and the group realizes that the line between this side and the other is a lot thinner then they had ever thought.
